CASCADE COPPER IDENTIFIES TWO SIGNIFICANT CONDUCTORS FROM AN AIRBORNE 1TEM GEOPHYSICS SURVEY AT THE FIRE MOUNTAIN COPPER-GOLD PORPHYRY PROJECT

Vancouver, British Columbia – August 25, 2026. Cascade Copper Corp. (CSE: “CASC”/FRA: 91O) (“Cascade” or the “Corporation”) is pleased to announce that it has received results from Precision GeoSurveys’ helicopter-borne 1TEM transient electromagnetic and magnetic survey at the Fire Mountain Copper-Gold Porphyry Project in Southwestern BC.  The survey covered 45 square kilometres in area with 262 line kilometres of flying. Flight lines were 200 metres apart with a nominal 1TEM flight height of 40 metres above the ground.

The Blaze Conductor parallels the contact with the Rogers Pluton and the previously identified copper and gold rich Inferno Zone and suggests a potential porphyry-skarn system at Fire Mountain. What is also encouraging to me is the newly identified, deeper extending Hades Conductor that corresponds with a circular magnetic signature at the north extent of the Inferno Zone. Something we are keen to follow up with some ground truthing in the near future.”

Blaze Conductor Parallels the Inferno Zone

The Blaze anomaly is primarily evident in early to mid time 1TEM channels, with preliminary modeling suggesting a shallow and moderately conductive body.  It parallels the Inferno Zone which has been defined in previous exploration by the Company with highly anomalous copper, gold, and silver values in grab samples. Highlights of previous sampling at the Inferno Zone include up to 14.96 g/t Au, 1.88% Cu, and 76.5 g/t Ag.  The Blaze Conductor also parallels the highly magnetic rock that is in contact with the Rogers Creek Pluton.  Inversion modelling of the magnetic data shows strong magnetism going to an interpreted depth of more than one kilometre.  Preliminary modelling of the 1TEM data indicates a slight easterly dip towards the magnetic high body and the pluton contact.  It is proposed that the magnetic signature and the adjacent Blaze Conductor could represent a magnetite skarn system that is carrying the copper, gold, and silver mineralization.

Hades Conductor Persist at Depth – New Target

The Hades Conductor is a late-time 1TEM response that may indicate a deep-seated conductive body that comes to surface.  The Hades Conductor sits at the northern end of the Inferno Zone and is uniquely located within a circular magnetic low.  This is more than likely a different geological setting than the main section of the Inferno Zone.  The geology is interpreted to be folded in this part of the Fire Mountain Project area and considering there are Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) deposits in the belt, the Hades Conductor could represent VMS style mineralization along a folded segment of the lithology. No previous sampling or investigation has occurred in this area.

Fire Mountain Project Location and Prospectivity

The Fire Mountain Copper-Gold Porphyry (Skarn) Project is a large, 56.85 square kilometre, “Flagship” quality project with significant surface assay results, intensive veining, and impressive alteration all highly indicative of a large porphyry-style hydrothermal system and related skarns. The Project is located approximately 13km south of the Corporation’s Rogers Creek Project within the Cascade Magmatic Arc.

The Inferno Zone and the Molycop Zone are situated within volcanic and sedimentary units on the margin of the Rogers Creek Pluton.  Both areas have returned significant copper, gold, silver, and molybdenum values in surface sampling which is believed to be a result of a porphyry system near to surface. It is often the case where porphyry systems emerge along pluton boundaries or at structural intersections within the pluton itself. 

The Money Spinner and Lilabet Zones are within the prolific Fire Lake Group island arc sequence rocks, contain high grade gold and silver values and sit adjacent to the porphyry style mineralization. The Money Spinner consists of a >1m wide banded quartz fissure vein with historical assays up to 26.25 g/t Au and has been traced for at least 300m before heading under cover. The Lilabet Zone is comprised of an over 100m wide chlorite-sulfide matrix breccia zone historically assaying 1.29% Cu and 38.4 g/t Ag with chip sampling across its 100m exposed surface.

The expectant outcome of this survey is to distinguish new or validate existing targets, especially within areas containing nil or minimal historic work but promising magnetics signatures such as the “Unexplored High-Mag Extensions both northwest and southeast of the Inferno Zone.” Besides the known porphyry association on the Project, the fact that this particular package of rocks throughout the region is known to host skarn and VMS occurrences is encouraging and expands the potential for discovery with this this type of survey.

Precision’s 1TEM System

1TEM is a fully automated Time Domain Electromagnetic (TDEM) system operated from a helicopter platform which provides data at a reasonable cost with a high level of safety. Its simple lightweight design and aerodynamics in horizontal, climbing, and descending flight regimes make it well suited to operations in mountainous terrain like Fire Mountain. This allows it to collect better data, especially in steep terrain, through longer survey endurance and close terrain draping.  1TEM is a third generation TDEM system evolved from extensive R&D work by Newmont Corporation in Australia.

Next Steps at Fire Mountain

Cascade Copper will put boots on the ground to investigate the newly defined Hades Conductor.  Grab sampling with lithological and alteration mapping will help to verify the presence of VMS style mineralization.  At the Inferno Zone and adjacent Blaze Conductor, on the ground investigation will help define a skarn association with the significant copper, gold, and silver mineralization.  The Company plans to submit a Notice of Work for further ground geophysics and an initial scout drill program.  Note that no drilling has occurred at Fire Mountain.

Incentive Stock Options

The Company would also like to announce that pursuant to the Company’s stock option plan approved by shareholders at its Annual General and Special meeting held on July 30, 2025, the Board of Directors has granted 2,565,000 stock options to directors, officers, consultants, and advisors of the Company which will vest immediately. Each option will allow the holder to purchase one common share in the Company at a price of CAD$0.07. The incentive stock options have a term of five years, expiring on August 25, 2031. Following this grant, Cascade Copper will have a total of 5,965,000 stock options outstanding, representing approximately 7.9% of the outstanding common shares of the Company.
